In Auckland, every time it rains, raw sewage flows into a stream then out to sea somewhere near you.
Council has had 30 years to fix the problem.
I challenge the council officers cost projections and call for an independent audit into the issue of waste and storm water run off. Where has the money allocated for this gone?
