Lisa has been a supporter of the people of Kelly St, Mt Eden as they fight greedy developers and unethical council officers who have allowed this dangerously contaminated heritage site to be dug up and laid bare for private profit
In July this year police looked on whilst council officers allowed an 80 year old Puriri tree, home to Tui & Kereru, to be chain-sawed down by contractors.

If elected Mayor I will insist that 17 Kelly Street is turned into a Park for the people and native wild life of Mt Eden to enjoy!
I protested at the Labour Party Conference where Pete Hodgson allowed the Ex Chief Financial Officer of ESR (a Crown owned institute) to buy public land for less than it was offered to the Treaty Settlement Office.
The Auditor General’s report on the transaction was
